Located just 35km north of Buenos Aires, the Tigre Delta is among the world’s largest deltas, and it is unique since it is the only one in the world that doesn’t flow directly into the ocean.

 

Before reaching the city of Tigre, we will pass through San Isidro, a beautiful colonial area.

​

Once we arrive in Tigre, we will take a boat to spend an hour sailing through the first section of the delta's islands. Houses on local stilts, colonial mansions, supermarket boats, latte-colored waters rich in iron, and people kayaking and fishing.

 

After the boat ride, we return to main land to visit the Tigre Craft Market and learn about the local production of furniture and crafts.
