We will visit (depending on the day) some selected food-related locations. Possible visits include historic cafés, traditional pizzerias, local markets, bodegones (classic neighborhood restaurants), and other iconic culinary establishments where you will be able to enjoy Argentine cuisine and taste traditional food.
Along the way, you’ll learn about the evolution of Argentine food culture, immigration influences, local traditions, and the stories behind some of the country’s most beloved dishes.
